Shipping Policy
All orders placed through our online store before 23:30 CET (Dutch time) will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery within Europe is 1–7 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped within the European Union include VAT and are free from additional customs charges. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees levied by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, natural events or circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
